Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

What you get: 
A soothing Swedish Massage to help increase circulation to the tissues, relieve stress, and help the bodies natural detox processes.  Heated towels will be implemented to help increase circulation and aid in muscle relaxation.  Organic essential oils extracted from herbs/plants may be implemented due to their natural relaxing medicinal properties (to your specifications).

Every massage takes place in a comfortable environment, with a comfortable heated table.  Soothing music will be played to your liking.

What you get:

Dry brushing will be applied to the body to assist the movement of lympatic fluid (15 minutes).  A full body massage customized to your needs using Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Reflexology to release toxins that get stored in the tissues.  We can modify pressure and customize any treatment to your needs.
A great treatment for after a marathon or if you are doing a detox!
Essential oil combinations may be used such as Sage, Grapefruit, Juniper, Carrot Seed, Coriander, Angelica, Fennel etc. 

All treatments are on a heated massage table and soothing music is played.  More time is $1 per minute.

If you suffer from lower back, neck and hip pain, with regular massage, I can help reduce or alleviate your pain.

What you get: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acive Isolated Release, Myofacial Release, Hot Stones, Tractioning using heated towels, Organic Essential Oils (to your liking), Massage Cupping, and Reflexology.  Any modality you are unsure of, please feel free to ask me questions.  We will customize the massage to the modalities that best suit your needs.

The Headache Eraser Back to Top

What you get: 

Using a combination of different techniques such as: Trigger Point, Swedish, Tractioning, Pin & Stretching, Aromatherapy Oils, I can help alleviate your headache.  Full body massage can be implemented with a focus on the head, neck and shoulder's.  Reflexology on the feet may be incorporated to assist in the process. Cold compress to the frontal bone (forehead) with peppermint essential oils in addition to a cold/hot contrast foot soak (this is a hydro-flush that will also help relieve the headache).  Depending on your needs, I can customize the treatment for your maximum comfort.

Are you trying to conceive?  Stress can make conception difficult and by getting regular massage treatments during the time when you are trying to conceive can really help open your receptive abilities.  This treatment offers great benefits using modalities such as; Swedish, Cranio Sacral holds, Acupressure and Castor Oil packs to help in successful conception.  This is a very relaxing treatment that will need to be repeated at least once a week for the full benefits.

Did you have a child recently?  Postpartum massage may be what you need to help recover.  Modalities such as: Cranial Sacral Holds, Acupressure, Reflexology, compression of hips and ribcage, abdominal massage for organ realignment and Mayan postpartum pelvic binding.  These techniques will be implemented as/if needed.

If you are being assessed for a blood clot, have mastitis or excessive bleeding, massage may be contraindicated.  Please talk to your doctor about receiving massage and provide a doctor's note.  Thank you!
